Be preapred for the “sticky” : Logitech has introduced the V550 Nano mouse for notebooks, a wireless mouse that sticks to your laptop when you want to move elsewhere.

Many laptop users prefer the mouse instead of touchpad, but mostly forgotten the mouse when they move into another room – said Logitech officials.

V550 Nano mouse has a docking system clip-and-Go and the receiver will plug-and-Forget Nano. It is so small that fits almost perfectly in the laptop (protruding just 8 mm from its edge). V550 has a range of up to 18 months and is the only wireless laser model mouse from Logitech providing that use. In addition, the V550 Nano saves power by automatically turning off when it’s docked or when the Nano-receiver is stored inside the mouse.

Elegance and Style – The Gemstone

Acer Aspire 6920 Gemstone blue was officially launched on March 13 in New York and since than is good subject for design debate.

Gemstone new design – giving up passing white on black, gray, blue (a very nice blue, Acer  who have decided having all sorts of studies on this theme-  they found the most pleasant color)has 16-inch screen instead of 15.4. Also, Acer will produce new laptops and 18 inch models instead of the monster that was produced so far with 20-inch screen.

The 16″ as at 18″ inch screens were introduced together with 16:9 resolution that replaces the 4:10. This moves to 16:9 resolution for BlueRay, it’s hard and big laptop weighting over 3.4 kg .Is very smooth throughout: housing, screen.It’s principle is that the design will make the difference now on the laptop market.

Touch is a very futuristic design that allows control of multimedia applications, sound control, brightness, Play, pause, etc.This control panel is from science fiction movies and the application of the Acer Arcade which lets you control your BueRay-ROMs, DVDs, music CDs, videos or pictures .The blue lightning on the left side of the keyboard will keep you focused.

Sound system improved, and it seems like this speakers really works out, this is the problem on other laptops and models – you don`t have a good sound system speakers. But still, laptops remain weak in this chapter.
Interesting positioning for lock slot and power jack. Below the screen, there is a tube-shaped area, very interesting that one side has the lock slot and the other the power jack.

ThinkPad Series Edge 13

The newest ThinkPad Series Edge 13, a combination of reliability and

It is the first ThinkPad with no special anti-shock chassis, but is
protected against accidents and has the classical ibm 13-inch screen.

Laptop keyboard is workable in the new positioning, so forget the
classic ThinkPad, is resistant to liquids and has buttons with a new
design. The touchpad is in place and there even TrackPoint IBM line
control. The design is not square, the classic black, and this puts the
laptop in direct competition with some Asus or HP products.About the technology inside : Intel CULV (Ultra Low Voltage) 1.3 GHz, which allows it to achieve greater autonomy on the 6-cell battery. Works on Windows 7, so it has high processing problems, maybe on more advanced video games. On the side we find common connection jacks, USB, LAN, VGA or HDMI. Password is not able to mark owner.

The screen is not HD, but has a very good resolution, 1366×768 pixels, 16:9 adopted for world movies, but you can`t forget that it was based on a business laptop. We tested version with the 4GB of RAM and Intel graphics card with a 320GB hard drive. An indicative price would be 800 $. There is a cheaper version, with AMD processor, 2GB of RAM, smaller hard drive but comes with an ATI video card. According battery indicator, 6-cell battery kept 6.5 hours on the Internet, but if not

used constantly entering standby time could extend this standard.

Conclusions: For office ThinkPad Edge 13 is a perfect tool, mobile, adaptable to any requirement within a company. The laptop is durable, reliable, and the price is more affordable than ever.

ASUS laptop UL50Vs Slim Laptop Review

ASUS laptop UL50Vs was appointed by specialist magazine as the best portable ULV (Ultra Low Voltage) after the performance test.

Showing an excellent balance between autonomy and performance, the ASUS portable is recommended to the most demanding users who travel a lot. UL50Vs Asus uses an Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 clocked at 1.3GHz, 4GB capacity RAM DDR3 1066 Mz and integrates besides Intel GMA 4500 integrated video chipset a second solution MHD graphics – NVIDIA GeForce G210M. The user can choose the most convenient option, depending on the energy source used.

Toshiba Satellite A505-S6004 Review

Toshiba Satellite A505-S6004 laptop is more pretentious than the Toshiba L505 series,but it offers almost the same performance though. Inside you can find: an Intel Core i3, 4GB of RAM and a 500GB hard drive, the a glossy black casing – highlighted with more chrome accents and lighting based on LEDs. The laptop looks good and moves as well as the lower class, but there are voices saying the price is a little expensive compared with its performance.

Design

A505 laptop design removes less of the model, cheaper, Satellite L505. The style is kept to L505, the cover model is improving the Toshiba Fusion Finish Line (a wave of thin lines) and the chrome name of the company located in the center. The laptop is dressed in a black gloss, color and the material makes a good job of hiding traces of fingers.

More , the buttons above the keyboard are touch-sensitive: Eco Utility, Windows Media Player, Play / Pause, Back, Forward, Mute and Volume. All are affected and react as soon as this offers a certain ease in using the laptop.

Weights about 3kgs with this dimensions : 38.35 x 25.90 x 4.06 cm, the A505 is a laptop that you can carry with you easily.

Temperature.

Like other laptops in this series, A505 remains quite cold . After I played a video full screen for 15 minutes, touchpad as 34 degrees, the space between G and H keys behind laptop record 32.7 degrees and 37.7 degrees of temperature.

The keyboard and touchpad

Black keys of the A505 offers a good feedback when operated and is appreciated for the number pad that is included with the keyboard rather cleverly, without affecting too much the size of the keys or keyboard as a whole.
As laptop L505, A505 touchpad is well proportioned and has an area well chosen so as to provide a low friction sensation every time it is used.

Display

I was really impressed by the contrast and colors offered by presenting a screen resolution of 1366 x 768-pixel screen.

Ports

On the right there are two USB ports, modem, power button and a place for DVD. On the left there is the third USB port, VGA, Ethernet, HDMI, eSATA, headphone and microphone ports and ExpressCard/54 slot port. In front is already the usual card reader 5-in-one. The laptop also has a webcam.Is a good laptop and and work companion.

Lenovo laptops are divided into three broad categories: IdeaPad, ThinkPad and Essential.

The Essential Series has just powerful laptops, they all have a pleasant design, and they are specially designed for multimedia and even games. Lenovo G560A is part of this series, a laptop that I laid eyes some time ago and I’ve looked as far as could be.

This Is the model I like the most from Lenovo, you can admire his attractive design, the corners are rounded with a special finish. The keyboard is ergonomic, the keys are well defined, touchpad is classic and as a plus, has numeric keypad.

The image is captured by a dedicated graphics card, NVIDIA GeForce 310M with 256 or 512 MB of RAM, a 15.6-inch display, which has a resolution of 1366 x 768 resolution and LED backlight technology. This screen allows you to watch your favorite movies in HD format but also have fun running your favorite games.

As is normally part of the range CPU Intel Core 2010 and is a i3-330M running at a frequency of 2.13 GHz. May have 3 or 4GB of DDR3 RAM and a 320 GB HDD 5400 rpm, enough to store your music, movies or your favorite games. HP as just bought Palm and rumors came about the production of a tablet PC with webOS that will be launched in the future, it would be codenamed Hurricane HP and should be available this summer. This flow of information is from an anonymous source within the company who said:

“The tablet under the code name webOS HP Hurricane Could Be released the third quarter of this year”

Obviously, there is no official confirmation of the occurrence of any Hurricane, although since the takeover Palm anticipated tablet PC with webOS. Interestingly, not very long ago set aside rumors on the future of tablet PCs from HP, lovely Slate, which I’ve seen many videos and we know some information, including that the system runs Windows seven.
The company has not denied nor confirmed the rumors, and opinions are divided on his veracity. In late 2009, the site of the Federal Communications Commission leaked some information about the first mini convertible tablet PC laptop from Asus. The mystery was elucidated earlier this year when the model was announced as to be the new Asus Eee PC T101MT Mini Tablet Pc.
Asus has made available official details on February about this mini laptop convertible in tablet PC, which has a 10.1 inch touchscreen with 1024 x 600 pixels, and supports multi-touch gestures on Windows 7.

Asus Eee PC T101MT is glossy white casing with a stylish design with slightly rounded edges. Fingerprints and scratches are less visible. Has an ergonomic keyboard, with keys and independent chiclet slightly smaller than a normal 100% full size, but large enough as to not have trouble typing. This model is very similar to the Asus Eee PC 1005PE. Touchpad is classic, otherwise than that commonly used in the Eee PC, approximately the same level as the rest of the carcass and easily observed.

The 10.1-inch display is flexible and easily to handle, it opens to 180 degrees, but can rotate and transform the mini laptop into a tablet PC. Touchscreen is a multi-touch gesture support , permits Windows 7 functions.
The display is equipped with a pressure sensor for level 256, which allows use of both stylus and finger pressure. I used more fingers and say that is pretty well calibrated. However recommend that you use the stylus for a better accuracy. You can easily write and draw with pencil. You can easily browse the Internet, through personal photo albums and other music.
I can say that Asus Eee PC T101MT is the future of tablet pc.
